Total Income (I+II) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 was ₹44,682.68 Lakhs, up from ₹35,396.87 Lakhs for the quarter ended December 31, 2024.

The company addressed concerns related to one of its Indian subsidiaries. While the independent auditor for the subsidiary expressed a material uncertainty about its ability to continue as a going concern, management believes it is not material to the group. The management is awaiting improvement in market conditions, and the net worth of the Indian subsidiary has improved due to a substantial reduction of accumulated losses.
