The MoU formalizes the intent to combine ABB’s leadership in electrification and automation with TCS’ global technology delivery capabilities across three core focus areas:
- IT Infrastructure and Applications Transformation: Focused on advancing an agile, secure, and cost-optimized IT foundation aligned with ABB’s operating model to boost operational efficiency.
