TCS and ServiceNow Announce Strategic AI Partnership

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and ServiceNow, the AI control tower for business reinvention, announced a significant multi-year partnership on February 23, 2026. The primary goal of this collaboration is to help global enterprises accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across their businesses and functions.

Enterprises are increasingly seeking experts to reimagine work, especially in areas like human resources, finance, supply chain, and employee services. As part of this alliance, TCS will develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform that integrate trusted AI and a unified governance model to create more efficient, proactive, and insight-driven enterprise workflows. These new solutions will be offered via TCS’ AI-led, autonomous global business solutions portfolio.

Focus on Agentic AI and Measurable Outcomes

Amit Zavery, President and CPO at ServiceNow, highlighted the focus on moving beyond isolated AI experiments. He stated that the partnership aims to build agentic AI natively into workflows, modernize legacy environments, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Aarthi Subramanian, Executive Director – President and COO at TCS, emphasized that the partnership brings together trusted AI, modern workflows, and deep industry knowledge. This will be achieved using TCS’ proprietary five-stage AI Autonomy Framework to embed intelligence across IT, business operations, and customer functions, leading to sustained competitive advantage.

Transformative Capabilities and Current Synergy

The new offerings are designed to break down silos using agentic AI, leading to holistic, insights-driven views of organizations. Examples provided include transforming HR operations from fragmented services to a unified hire-to-retire lifecycle, and improving cash flow predictability by accelerating customer order processing.

The announcement noted an existing strong foundation: TCS is currently the largest user of ServiceNow’s IT Asset Management, deploying it across thousands of its own workforce devices over three months. The companies will further invest in co-innovation labs, solution showcases, and integrated go-to-market programs.
