Tata Technologies Q3 FY26 Financial Highlights and Strategic Wins

Tata Technologies announces its Q3 FY26 financial results, highlighting a 3.2% QoQ increase in total operating revenue to ₹13,657 million. The company secured several strategic wins, including a full vehicle program with a global automotive OEM and advancements in software-defined mobility. Revenue from services segment grew 4.7% QoQ.

Financial Performance

Tata Technologies reported a total operating revenue of ₹13,657 million for Q3 FY26, marking a 3.2% increase compared to the previous quarter and 3.7% year-over-year. The Services Segment Revenue reached ₹10,602 million, up by 4.7% QoQ. Operating EBITDA stood at ₹1,929 million, with an EBITDA margin of 14.1%.

EBIT for the quarter was ₹1,724 million, resulting in an EBIT Margin of 12.6%. Net Income reached ₹1,350 million, with a Net Income Margin of 9.9%. These margins exclude one-time exceptional items related to new labor codes and acquisition costs.

Strategic Wins

The company secured a strategic full vehicle program with a global automotive OEM, reinforcing its position in end-to-end product development. Tata Technologies also entered a whitespace area in embedded and software engineering with a European automotive OEM, displacing incumbent suppliers.

Tata Technologies is also engaged by a European luxury automaker to develop circularity solutions, covering cost optimization across key vehicle components. Furthermore, they secured a strategic win with a premium European passenger vehicle OEM, strengthening their role in vehicle engineering and next-generation mobility programs.

New Developments

A leading European Automotive OEM selected Tata Technologies to lead their chassis & climate program across three platforms, focusing on cost optimization and quality improvements. Also, the Governments of Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu chose Tata Technologies to upgrade Polytechnics with industry 4.0 technology.

Operational Metrics

The company has 2 customers contributing > 50 Mn in revenue, 4 customers in the 10-50 Mn range, 8 in the 5-10 Mn, and 32 in the 1-5 Mn range. The headcount is 12,580 with a voluntary attrition rate of 15.8%. Days sales outstanding (DSO) is 111 days. Cash and cash equivalents are at $129.2 Mn.
