Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has expanded its partnership with Aviva UK to manage an additional 1.1 million Aviva policies. Diligenta, TCS’ subsidiary, will now manage over 6.5 million policies for Aviva. The agreement aims to enhance customer experience through digitized services and a customer-centric approach. This expansion builds on a long-standing relationship focused on delivering improved services and outcomes for Aviva’s customers in the UK.
Enhanced Customer Experience
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an extension to its existing partnership with Aviva UK. The expansion will see TCS managing a further 1.1 million Aviva policies within the UK. This is facilitated through Diligenta UK, TCS’ FCA-regulated subsidiary.

This initiative supports the integration of New Consumer Duty Principles to ensure positive results for Aviva’s customers, including self-service options and digitally enhanced service delivery centers. TCS will leverage its BaNCSTM platform and contextual knowledge to improve service quality and stakeholder experience. Diligenta has already migrated several million policies to the digital platform and is committed to providing highly digitized and automated services.

The partnership highlights TCS’ commitment to being a trusted innovation partner in the UK. TCS has a 50-year presence in the UK, working with over 200 top brands. The company has recently committed to creating 5,000 new jobs in the UK over the next three years, solidifying its leadership position in software and IT services.
