Tata Consultancy Services Establishes New Subsidiary in Morocco

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has established a new subsidiary, Tata Consultancy Services Maroc SARL AU, in Morocco on January 23, 2026. This new entity, a step-down subsidiary of TCS, will serve French-speaking regions across Europe and offer services like application development, data transformation, and cloud-based solutions. TCS aims to collaborate with the Moroccan government to advance the country’s Digital 2030 vision.

Strategic Expansion into Morocco

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, Tata Consultancy Services Maroc SARL AU, in Morocco effective January 23, 2026. The new entity is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services Netherlands B.V., which, in turn, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TCS.

Nearshore Delivery Capabilities

The newly formed Tata Consultancy Services Maroc SARL AU aims to establish a nearshore delivery capability catering to native French-speaking regions throughout Europe, as well as global clients. This will enable TCS to serve its customers with enhanced proximity and language support.

Service Offerings and Digital Transformation

The new subsidiary will provide key service lines including:

  • Application Development & Maintenance
  • Data and AI transformation
  • Infrastructure and engineering services
  • Enterprise applications
  • Cloud-based digital transformation

Partnership with Moroccan Government

TCS intends to work closely with the Moroccan government and leading enterprises to accelerate the country’s Digital 2030 vision. TCS’s services will focus on building smart public infrastructure, implementing e-governance platforms, and driving cloud migration and cybersecurity initiatives.

Initial Investment

The initial capital subscription in Tata Consultancy Services Maroc SARL AU is 2.5 Million MAD, with TCS holding 100% ownership.
