TCS is allocating INR 7.5 crore as initial capital for HyperVault AI Data Center Limited. This investment is in the form of 75,00,000 equity shares, each valued at INR 10. The company retains a 100% shareholding, ensuring full control over the new entity’s operations and strategic direction.
