The grant is effective from November 1, 2025. The stock options are governed by the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. This stock option plan was authorized by the shareholders during the 37th Annual General Meeting held on July 18, 2023.

Additional Information on RSUs

These 7,812 RSUs can be exercised into equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each, fully paid up. Once vested and confirmed by the NRC, the RSUs must be exercised within one year from the vesting date. The vesting of RSUs is subject to time-based and performance-based criteria and can occur between a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years from the grant date.
