Syrma SGS Receives Approval Under Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme

Syrma SGS Technology announced that Syrma Strategic Electronics Private Limited (SSEPL), its subsidiary, has received approval under the Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS). The project, located in Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh, involves PCB manufacturing with a cumulative investment of INR 765 Cr. The incentive period spans from FY 2026-27 to FY 2031-32.

ECMS Approval for PCB Manufacturing

Syrma SGS Technology has received approval for its subsidiary, Syrma Strategic Electronics Private Limited (SSEPL), under the Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS). This approval, granted on October 27, 2025, supports SSEPL’s PCB manufacturing business.

Project Details

The PCB manufacturing project will be located in Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh, with eligible investment starting from April 8, 2025. The project focuses on Bare Components and Multi-Layer Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

Incentive and Investment

The project’s incentive period is set for six years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2031-32. The cumulative investment in this project is INR 765 Cr. Syrma SGS, through its subsidiary, expects to benefit from incentives ranging from 4% to 10% on revenue during the benefit period.
