Ms. Maninder Singh Puri (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Ms. Puri is currently the Head of Human Resources for Biocon’s Generics Business and Biocon Academy. With a professional journey exceeding 25 years, she has held leadership roles at major firms including Accenture and iGATE. Notably, she was recognized as “CHRO for the year 2022.” Ms. Puri holds a Master’s in English Literature and a CHRO degree from Wharton Business School.
