Interim Dividend Declared

Divestment Plans Reconsidered
Symphony Limited initiated a structured process to explore potential divestment or monetization of its stakes in Climate Holdings Pty Ltd (Australia) and IMPCO S. de R.L. de C.V. (Mexico) following a board decision on April 12, 2025. The company engaged with multiple strategic and financial investors, but no proposal aligned with the company’s value expectations or strategic considerations.
The Board has decided to roll back the divestment or monetization process for these two subsidiaries, citing the rapidly evolving geo-political landscape, shifting macro-economic dynamics, and heightened external uncertainty. The Board believes maintaining a direct presence in these key geographies provides a strategic advantage.
