Sundram Fasteners Board Approves Key Re-appointments and Q3 Results

Sundram Fasteners’ Board has approved the re-appointment of Suresh Krishna as Non-Executive Director and Arathi Krishna as Managing Director. The company also reported Q3 2026 standalone revenue of Rs 1,351.47 crores and a net profit of Rs 121.88 crores. Consolidated revenue for Q3 2026 reached Rs 1,541.11 crores, with a net profit of Rs 130.80 crores. K Balasubramaniam has been appointed as Senior General Manager-Information Technology.

Leadership Appointments

The Board has approved the re-appointment of Suresh Krishna as Non-Executive Director, effective July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Arathi Krishna has been re-appointed as Managing Director, effective May 3, 2026, also subject to shareholder approval.

K Balasubramaniam has been appointed as Senior General Manager-Information Technology, effective January 28, 2026.

Q3 2026 Financial Performance (Standalone)

Sundram Fasteners reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 1,351.47 crores for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared to Rs 1,256.58 crores in the same quarter of the previous year. Domestic sales grew by 18%, while export sales were Rs 308.41 crores. The net profit for the quarter was Rs 121.88 crores, resulting in earnings per share of Rs 5.80.

Q3 2026 Financial Performance (Consolidated)

The company’s consolidated revenue from operations for Q3 2026 was Rs 1,541.11 crores, against Rs 1,441.12 Crores in the corresponding period last year. The consolidated net profit reached Rs 130.80 crores. Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to Rs 6.20.

Nine-Month Performance

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Sundram Fasteners reported standalone revenue of Rs 4,040.01 crores and a net profit of Rs 400.50 crores. Consolidated revenue for the same period was Rs 4,595.52 crores, with a net profit of Rs 431.49 crores.

Capital Expenditure

The company incurred a capital expenditure of Rs 217.92 crores for the nine months ended December 31, 2025.
