- Revenues: Increased by 4.32% to ₹827.87 crores, up from ₹793.58 crores in the same quarter last year.
- Domestic Subscription Revenues: Grew by 8.86%, reaching ₹472.99 crores.

Interim Dividend
The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹2.50 per share, which is 50% on the face value. This is in addition to the earlier interim dividends declared on August 7, 2025 and November 14, 2025.

The Media and Entertainment segment continued to be the primary revenue driver for Sun TV Network.
Cricket Franchises
Income from the Company’s Cricket Franchises contributed significantly to the total revenue. It includes Sunrisers Hyderabad, Sunrisers Eastern Cape and Sunrisers Leeds Limited. The total revenue from the cricket franchises was ₹14.61 crores for the quarter and ₹582.16 crores for the nine months ended December 31, 2025.
