Subros Key Leadership Changes & Capacity Expansion Plans Announced

Subros Limited has announced leadership changes, including the resignation and appointment of nominee and alternate directors. The company also approved a capacity expansion at its Karsanpura, Gujarat plant, involving new electric and ICE compressor production. Financial results for Q3 2026 were reviewed, showing a profit of ₹34.75 lakhs. The board approved a postal ballot for shareholder approval on director appointments.

Leadership Transition

Subros Limited’s board has approved several key leadership changes effective January 30, 2026. Mr. Yusuke Hara has resigned as Nominee Director due to changes in nomination by M/s DENSO Corporation, Japan.

Mr. Naohisa Kuriyama has been appointed as the new Nominee Director, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Dr. Yasuhiro Iida has vacated his position as Alternate Director, and Mr. Tsunenobu Hori has been appointed as Alternate Director to Mr. Kuriyama, also subject to shareholder approval.

Capacity Expansion in Gujarat

The board has approved a significant capacity expansion at the Karsanpura, Gujarat manufacturing unit. This includes the addition of new local Electric-Compressor production and the expansion of local ICE-Compressor manufacturing. The investment required for electric compressor production is estimated at ₹175 crores and capacity will be 4,00,000 per year, while the investment for ICE compressor production is estimated at ₹90 crores and capacity will be 5,00,000 per year.

Q3 2026 Financial Performance

The board reviewed and approved the unaudited financial results for Q3 2026. Revenue from operations stood at ₹947.68 lakhs. The company reported a profit after tax of ₹34.75 lakhs for the quarter.

Postal Ballot Approval

The board has also approved a postal ballot notice to seek shareholder approval for the appointment of directors.
