1. Revised Valuation Report
- The Company has obtained a revised Valuation Report dated February 25, 2026.
- This report covers the calculation of fair value per share under all three standard approaches: (i) Asset Approach, (ii) Income Approach, and (iii) Market Approach.
- Crucially, the announcement confirms that there is no change in the established floor price (Rs. 108.15 per Warrant) or the issue price (Rs. 110 per Warrant).
2. Revised Practicing Company Secretary Certificate
- A revised Certificate by the Practicing Company Secretary has been secured, dated February 07, 2026.
- This revision serves to confirm that the pre-preferential holding of the allottee is in dematerialized mode and that the proposed issue aligns with the format prescribed by the Stock Exchanges.
