Sterling and Wilson International Solar FZCO, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited, has incorporated a new step-down subsidiary in Romania. The new entity, named Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy S.R.L., will focus on construction works of utility projects for electricity. This move expands Sterling & Wilson’s presence in the European renewable energy sector.

Romanian Expansion

Sterling and Wilson International Solar FZCO has expanded its global footprint by establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy S.R.L., in Romania. The subsidiary was incorporated on December 8, 2025.

Subsidiary Details

The authorized capital of the new subsidiary is 100 LEI, with a subscribed capital of 100 LEI. As of December 10, 2025, the subsidiary has not yet commenced business operations.

Business Focus

The primary business activity of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy S.R.L. will be the construction of utility projects for electricity within Romania. This strategic move aligns with the company’s growth strategy in the renewable energy sector.

Acquisition Details

The cost of acquisition for the subsidiary is 100 LEI, representing 100% ownership. The consideration was paid in cash. The subsidiary is registered with the Romania Ministry of Justice, National Trade Registry Office.
