  • Revenue totaled ₹2,345.9 crores, an increase of 68.6% QoQ.
  • EBITDA reached ₹56.2 crores, a 20.9% QoQ increase.

Sonata Software recognized a one-time expense of ₹31.3 crore due to the notification of new Labour Codes, covering gratuity (₹23.3 crore) and leave encashment (₹8.0 crore).

The company secured a significant deal in the BFSI vertical with a Fortune 500 fintech client. Investments in Artificial Intelligence contributed to approximately 14% of the overall order book.
