9M FY26 Performance Overview
The company’s performance over the nine months ending December 31, 2025, also reflects strong growth:
- Revenue: Increased by 19% YoY to ₹32,029 million
- EBITDA: Grew by 8% YoY to ₹7,962 million, with an EBITDA margin of 24.9%
- Adjusted PAT: Increased by 9% to ₹4,784 million with a PAT Margin of 14.8%.
Order Book and Electrification
Sona Comstar’s net order book stands at ₹235 billion (6.8x FY25 revenue), providing strong visibility for future revenue. 33% of 9M FY26 Automotive Product Revenue is from BEV.
The company has secured 64 EV programs across 33 different customers as of Q3 FY26. 8.7% Global Market Share of Differential Gears in CY25 and 4.2% Global Market Share of Starter Motors in CY25.
