SOBHA announced record-breaking quarterly sales of ₹21.15 Bn in Q3 FY26, a 52.3% increase year-over-year. The company also achieved its highest-ever sales value share at ₹18.18 Bn. During the quarter, SOBHA entered the Mumbai market with the launch of SOBHA Inizio. Cumulative completion for 9M FY26 reached 3.64 Mn sft.
Record-Breaking Quarterly Performance
SOBHA delivered a historic quarterly performance in Q3 FY26, achieving its highest ever real estate sales value of ₹21.15 Bn. This represents a substantial growth of 52.3% compared to Q3 FY25 and 11.2% over Q2 FY26. The company’s share of sales value was also the highest ever, reaching ₹18.18 Bn, representing 85.9%. This translates to new sales area of 1.37 Mn sft, with an average price realization of ₹15,436 / sft.
New Project Launches
During the quarter, SOBHA launched three projects with a total saleable area of 932,171 sft, bringing the cumulative new launches for the first three quarters of FY26 to 2.58 Mn sft. Key launches include:
- SOBHA Magnus (Bangalore): A luxury project spread across 5.78 acres with a saleable area of 589,150 sft, comprising 294 homes.
- SOBHA Strada (Gurgaon): A commercial development spread across 2.03 acres with a saleable area of 214,060 sft.
- SOBHA Inizio (Mumbai): Marks SOBHA’s entry into the Mumbai market, with a saleable area of 128,961 sft in Phase I.
Regional Performance Highlights
Several regions contributed significantly to SOBHA’s strong performance in Q3 FY26:
- Bangalore: Recorded its highest-ever quarterly sales, growing by 51.0% compared to Q3 FY25, contributing 71.5% to the overall value with ₹15.12 Bn.
- NCR: Contributed ₹3.49 Bn.
- Kerala: Added ₹1.54 Bn, reflecting a growth of 18.03% compared to Q3 FY25.
9M FY26 Performance
For the first nine months of FY26, SOBHA achieved a sales value of ₹60.97 Bn, with a new sales area of 4.21 Mn sft.
Completion and Delivery
During Q3 FY26, SOBHA completed 1.39 Mn sft and delivered 915 homes. The cumulative completion for the first three quarters of FY26 reached 3.64 Mn sft (2,100 homes).
