Skipper Limited Q3 & 9M FY26 Results Showcase Record Performance

Skipper Limited announced record high revenue, EBITDA, and profitability for Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26. Revenue grew by 21% year-over-year, with EBITDA up by 28% to ₹1,414 million. The company’s order book reached approximately US $1 billion, driven by Power Grid contracts and key exports. Skipper is expanding capacity and anticipates a strong finish to the fiscal year.

Financial Highlights

Skipper Limited reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA, and profitability, driven by robust execution across major business segments. Q3 FY26 revenues increased by 21% year-over-year. EBITDA rose to ₹1,414 million, a 28% increase, with margins expanding to 10.3%.

Net profit surged by 40% year-over-year to ₹502 million in Q3 FY26. Finance costs improved, with the finance cost ratio declining to 4.1%.

For 9M FY26, revenue increased to ₹38,862.4 million, a 16.5% increase year-over-year. EBITDA for the same period was ₹3,992.6 million, up 21.7%. The company’s export revenue grew 10%.

Order Book and Outlook

Order inflows during the quarter were ₹1,429 crore, led by Power Grid and key export markets, bringing the total order book to approximately US $1 billion. The company has a bidding pipeline exceeding US $3 billion, offering multi-year revenue visibility.

Capacity Expansion

Skipper Limited’s recently commissioned 75,000 MTPA capacity is now fully operational, supporting increased export and domestic volumes. An additional expansion of 75,000 MTPA is underway, targeting a total installed capacity of 450,000 MTPA by the end of the financial year. Capacity utilization has exceeded 85%.

Segment Performance (9M FY26)

The Engineering Products segment recorded sales of ₹31,102.8 million, up 20.5% year-over-year, and contributed 80% to total revenue. PVC Products sales were ₹3,469.2 million and Infrastructure Projects sales totaled ₹4,290.5 million.
