SKF India reported revenue from operations of ₹5,766.4 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company’s total income for the quarter reached ₹6,070.7 million. Expenses for the same period totaled ₹5,106.3 million, leading to a profit before tax of ₹863.5 million. Net profit after tax stood at ₹619.9 million.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, SKF India’s revenue from operations was ₹15,350.5 million with a total income of ₹15,753.4 million. The net profit after tax for this nine-month period was reported as ₹2,862.4 million.
Auditor Appointments
The Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s Samdani & Co. as the Tax and GST Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. The decision, made during a board meeting on February 5, 2026, follows the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
M/s Samdani & Co., formed in 2016, provides audit and litigation services and advisory services aimed at increasing business efficiency and reducing finance costs.
Impact of Demerger
Due to the demerger, SKF India is in the process of transferring land parcels to SKF India (Industrial) Limited. SKF India (Industrial) Limited has recognized stamp duty costs, including the estimated transfer premium, amounting to ₹1,639.2 million.
Discontinued Operations Financials
Revenue from discontinued operations stood at ₹8,130.6 million. The profit from discontinuing operations (net of tax) was ₹769.3 million for Q3. The nine-month profit from discontinued operations (net of tax) totalled ₹1,487.9 million.
