Mr. Prick brings over 15 years of experience in business law. He currently serves as Head of Automotive Corporate Legal.
Mr. Bastian Thomas (DIN: 11414682) has also been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), effective January 13, 2026, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Thomas is currently the Director-Head of Sales Americas, EMEA & India.
