SKF India has announced the appointment of Ms. Kshipra Khairnar as the new Head – Legal Counsel, effective September 30, 2025. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Khairnar will be part of the Senior Management Team. This strategic move is aimed at strengthening the legal framework within the company.
New Leadership Role
Ms. Kshipra Khairnar has been appointed as Head – Legal Counsel, joining SKF India’s Senior Management Team. The appointment was approved at the Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2025, following the recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Professional Background
Ms. Khairnar brings 19 years of experience in contract management, dispute and litigation management, legal risk mitigation, and corporate ethics & compliance. She holds a master’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Pune University, and completed Diploma In Intellectual Property Laws. She is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional with certifications in Advance Contract Drafting and Dispute Management.
Previous Associations
Prior to joining SKF India, Ms. Khairnar was associated with Magna Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. as Legal Counsel and Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited as Dy. Manager Legal. She has also worked as a practicing lawyer. Her experience spans across diverse aspects of corporate legal functions, specializing in the automotive sector.
