The report details performance across key product categories, including CR Coil/Sheets, HR Tube/Pipe, Aluminum Foil, Speciality Alloys, Stainless Steel, Pellet, and Carbon Steel. While some segments showed growth, others experienced declines compared to the previous year and quarter.
CR Coil and Sheets Performance
In September 2025, the quantity of CR Coil and Sheets sold was 11,706 MT, with an average realization of ₹73,826/MT. There was a 20.77% increase in sales volume on a quarterly basis. The company has implemented a color coated plant in Jamuria, which has enabled production of color coated sheets.
HR Tube/Pipe Sales
The sales volume for HR Tube/Pipe in September 2025 reached 300 MT, with an average realization of ₹46,422/MT. On a quarterly basis, volumes decreased by 30.15%. The company repurposes leftover side-slitted HR coils for manufacturing rectangular and square hollow section pipes.
Aluminium Foil Sales
In September 2025, the company sold 2,056 MT of Aluminium Foil with an average realization of ₹3,93,576/MT. There was a 4.10% increase in sales volumes compared to September 2024.
Speciality Alloys
For Speciality Alloys, the sales volume was 17,452 MT in September 2025, with an average realization of ₹1,01,399/MT. There has been a 14.39% increase on a YoY basis.
Stainless Steel Sales
The sales volume of Stainless Steel was 7,240 MT with an average realization of ₹1,37,247/MT. There was an 11.44% decrease on a YoY basis. However, the performance in the Quarter has increased by 24.77% on QoQ basis.
Pellet Sales
The company sold 82,354 MT of Pellets in September 2025, achieving an average realization of ₹9,271/MT. There was a 10.28% decrease in volumes compared to September 2024.
Carbon Steel Sales
In September 2025, Shyam Metalics sold 1,48,378 MT of Carbon Steel, with an average realization of ₹41,136/MT. Sales increased 7.90% YOY.
Pig Iron
Sales volume of Pig Iron for September 2025 were 59,869 MT with average realization of ₹32,514/MT. Volumes decreased 11.67% compared to August.
Sponge Iron Sales
Sales volume of Sponge Iron for September 2025 were 60,654 MT, with an average realization of ₹23,550/MT. There has been a decrease of 28.72% in sale volume of YoY basis.
