The original submission incorrectly included the Standalone Cash Flow Statement in place of both the Standalone and Consolidated Cash Flow Statements. The revised results, including corrected Consolidated Financial Results, have been submitted.

MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, conducted an independent auditor’s review and issued an unmodified conclusion on the unaudited consolidated financial results.

Consolidated Financial Performance

The total income for the quarter stood at ₹4,526.15 Crores, compared to ₹4,472.45 Crores in the previous quarter and ₹3,706.35 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Profit before tax for the quarter was ₹347.09 Crores, compared to ₹388.94 Crores in the previous quarter.

Total comprehensive income for the period was ₹237.75 Crores, up from ₹330.82 Crores in the prior quarter.

Standalone Financial Performance

Total Income for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26) reached ₹1,701.61 Crores.

The standalone profit before tax was reported at ₹179.17 Crores.

Total comprehensive Income for the period reached ₹121.27 Crores for this quarter.

Correction Details and Assurance

The company confirmed that apart from the correction related to the cash flow statements, there are no other changes in the figures or information contained in the previously submitted financial results.
