Mr. Hari Mohan Bangur has been re-appointed as the Chairman of Shree Cement, effective April 1, 2026, for a term of 5 years. The Board of Directors approved this decision on February 6, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination Cum Remuneration Committee. The re-appointment is subject to the approval of the members.
