SCI’s Stance on Business Collaborations

SCI confirms that it is exploring potential business collaborations with Central, State, and Private Enterprises. This initiative was initially approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting on July 24, 2024. The company is required to obtain approvals from Competent Authorities, and any further material developments will be duly reported to the Stock Exchange(s).
