A meeting of the Board of Directors of The Shipping Corporation of India Limited is scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2025.
Financial Results and Dividend Consideration
The primary agenda includes the review and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26).
The board will also be considering the declaration of an interim dividend.
Trading Window Closure
The trading window has been closed since October 1, 2025, and will remain closed for 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
If an interim dividend is declared, the trading window will remain closed for 48 hours after the record date for dividend payment, as determined by the Board.
Dividend Payment Information
If declared, the interim dividend will be paid within 30 days from the declaration date electronically to shareholders holding shares in dematerialized mode and who have updated their bank account details.
Shareholders who haven’t updated bank details for their dematerialized holdings will receive dividend warrants/demand drafts/cheques via mail to their registered addresses.
KYC Details Update Required
Members holding shares in physical form and whose folios lack updated KYC details (PAN, contact details, bank account details, mobile number, and signature) will only receive dividends electronically from April 1, 2024, onwards if they furnish these details.
Shareholders are requested to update KYC using Investor Service Request (ISR) Forms.
