Schaeffler India Update KYC Details Including Bank Information

Schaeffler India urges shareholders to update their KYC details, including bank information, to comply with regulatory requirements. The company has sent communications via letters and emails to shareholders, requesting them to provide the necessary information. This update ensures seamless electronic dividend payments and avoids potential issues related to unclaimed dividends being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

KYC Details Update

Schaeffler India is requesting shareholders to update their Know Your Customer (KYC) details, including bank information. This initiative is in accordance with regulatory guidelines aimed at ensuring efficient communication and fund disbursement.

Transition to Electronic Payments

In compliance with amended regulations, Schaeffler India will now only process payments, including dividends, interest, and redemption or repayment amounts, through electronic modes. Physical warrants, cheques, or drafts will no longer be issued.

Required Actions for Shareholders

Shareholders holding shares in physical mode are requested to update their PAN, KYC, and nomination details by submitting forms ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3, SH-13, and SH-14. These forms are available on the Registrar & Transfer Agent’s (MUFG Intime India Private Limited) website. Shareholders holding shares in demat mode should contact their Depository Participant (DP) to update their KYC details, including bank account information, email ID, and nomination.

Unclaimed Dividends

Shareholders are encouraged to claim any unclaimed or unpaid dividends to avoid their transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Once transferred to the IEPF, claims must be made directly to the IEPF Authority.

Contact Information

Shareholders can submit KYC documents to MUFG INTIME INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED at “Geetakunj”, 1 Bhakti Nagar Society, Behind ABS Tower, Old Padra road, Vadodara – 390 015 Gujarat or via email to [email protected].
