The sale involved 75,00,000 shares, which constitutes approximately 0.8411% of the paid-up share capital of IEX. This transaction has resulted in SBI Mutual Fund’s overall holding decreasing to 6.76% of IEX’s paid-up share capital.

Prior to this transaction, SBI Mutual Fund held 9.2332% of the paid-up share capital of IEX. This information was previously disclosed on April 26, 2024.

Remaining Shares

Following the sale, SBI Mutual Fund now holds 6,02,78,204 shares in IEX, representing the aforementioned 6.76% of the company’s paid-up share capital.
