State Bank of India (SBI) has announced that a meeting of the Central Board will be held on November 4, 2025, in Mumbai. The primary agenda is to consider the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, an Analyst Meet will be conducted on the same day following the release of Q2FY26 results.
Board Meeting for Financial Results
A meeting of the Central Board of State Bank of India (SBI) is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in Mumbai. The board will review and approve the financial performance of the bank for the quarter concluding on September 30, 2025.
Analyst Meet Details
Following the board meeting, SBI will host an Analyst Meet on November 4, 2025, at 5.00 PM. This meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss the Q2FY26 results in detail and address any questions from analysts. The Analyst Meet will be held at State Bank Bhavan Auditorium.
Insider Trading Restrictions
In line with the bank’s code of conduct, the trading window for dealing in the bank’s securities has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives/dependents starting from October 1, 2025. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
