Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹847 Mn. The company’s Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q2 FY26 increased to ₹601 Mn, while Profit After Tax (PAT) was recorded at ₹438 Mn.

Dividend Announcement

The Board has declared an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share, reflecting 450% on the face value of Re.1 each.

Key Operational Highlights

Music releases in Q2 included the successful Tamil album Idli Kadai and Bengali album Dhumketu. The company released over 1,500 films and non-film tracks across various languages.

The live events vertical experienced growth, featuring shows like Diljit Dosanjh’s Aura Tour and Disco Dancer in Dubai. Saregama collaborated with brands like Hero, Flipkart, Myntra, Titan, and Britannia for integrated campaigns.

Saregama added 18 artistes, including Amit Bhadana and Pranita Shubhash, expanding its management to over 230 artistes with a combined follower base exceeding 200 million.

Digital Growth

Saregama’s digital footprint touched 400 Mn followers and subscribers across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
