Sarda Energy & Minerals Credit Ratings Reaffirmed and Upgraded

Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd. announced that its bank facilities’ credit ratings have been reviewed. The long-term rating has been upgraded to CRISIL AA-/Positive from CRISIL AA-/Stable, with the outlook revised to positive. The short-term rating remains reaffirmed at CRISIL A1+. The total bank facilities rated are Rs. 2,845.50 crore.

Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd. has received an update on the credit ratings for its bank facilities. The ratings have been reviewed and revised as follows:

Revised Long-Term Rating

The long-term rating has been upgraded from CRISIL AA-/Stable (Reaffirmed) to CRISIL AA-/Positive. The outlook has been revised from Stable to Positive, and the rating has been reaffirmed.

Short-Term Rating

The short-term rating has been reaffirmed at CRISIL A1+ (Reaffirmed).

Total Bank Facilities Rated

The total bank facilities rated amount to Rs. 2,845.50 crore.
