Sagility Reports Strong Q3 FY26 Results with Revenue Growth of 35.7%

Sagility Limited announced strong results for Q3 FY26, with consolidated revenues reaching ₹19,712 million, a 35.7% year-over-year increase in INR. Organic growth was also robust at 19.9%. The company’s performance was driven by growth in both Payer and Provider segments, with Payers contributing the majority of revenue. Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹5,125 million, reflecting a margin of 26%.

Financial Performance Overview

Sagility reported a strong financial performance for Q3 FY26. Key highlights include:

Consolidated Revenue: ₹19,712 million, up 35.7% year-over-year in INR (29.1% in constant currency).

Organic Growth: 19.9% year-over-year in INR (13.9% in constant currency).

Adjusted EBITDA: ₹5,125 million, a growth of 24.2% year-over-year, with a margin of 26%.

Adjusted PAT: ₹3,229 million, up 23% year-over-year.

Segment Performance

The company experienced growth in both Payer and Provider segments:

Payers: Reported 37.3% growth year-on-year, contributing 90.4% of the total revenue.

Providers: Reported 21.6% year-on-year growth, delivering 9.6% of the total revenue.

Key Business Updates

Sagility acquired business from 22 existing clients and added three new clients during Q3. The aggregate annual contract value (ACV) won from existing and new clients stood at ₹30.5 million for Q3. Key new client wins include a top 10 health insurance company, a benefit administration company, and a regional health insurance plan.

Workforce and Attrition

As of the close of the quarter, Sagility had 48,522 employees across five countries. Annual attrition for the quarter remained steady at 22.8%.

Revised Guidance

Due to a better-than-expected OE season, the company increased its revenue guidance in constant currency to 22.5% for FY26, which includes an organic growth of 13.8%. The adjusted margin guidance will remain at 25% for the full fiscal year.

Factors Affecting Q3 Results

The increase in seasonality due to open enrolment was 5.5%, versus 3% previously. This was attributed to strong performance with existing clients, as well as from the BroadPath acquisition.
