Sagility Interim Dividend Declared for FY 2025-26

Sagility Limited’s Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 29, 2025, approved the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The declared dividend is Rs. 0.05 per equity share having a face value of Rs. 10 each.

Dividend Payment Details

The interim dividend will be disbursed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Register of Members or the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners, as of the close of business hours on November 12, 2025 (Record date).

Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) Information

The company has communicated the applicable Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) provisions to its shareholders. Dividend income is taxable for shareholders, and the company is obligated to deduct taxes at source based on applicable rates. Shareholders are requested to update their records, including tax residential status, PAN, and contact details, with their Depository Participants (DP). The TDS rates will vary based on the residential status and category of shareholders.

TDS Rates for Resident Shareholders

For resident shareholders, tax will be deducted at source at a rate of 10% on the dividend amount, unless exempt under specific provisions of the Income-tax Act. If a valid PAN is not registered, TDS will be applied at a higher rate of 20%.

TDS Rates for Non-Resident Shareholders

Tax will be deducted at source for non-resident shareholders based on applicable rates under Section 195/196D of the Income-tax Act. To avail benefits under the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA), certain documents such as a self-attested copy of the Indian PAN card, Tax Residency Certificate, and Form 10F are required.
