RR Kabel has achieved its highest ever half-yearly revenue and profit. For H1 FY26, revenue from operations reached ₹4,222.4 Crs, a 16.7% increase compared to H1 FY25 (₹3,618.2 Crs). In Q2 FY26, revenue stood at ₹2,163.8 Crs, showing a 19.5% increase from Q2 FY25 (₹1,810.1 Crs). This growth was propelled by surging demand in wires and cables.
Profitability Surge
The company experienced a robust rebound in profitability. EBITDA for H1 FY26 was ₹319.2 Crs, with a margin of 7.6%, compared to ₹181.0 Crs and 5.0% margin in H1 FY25. PAT for H1 FY26 reached ₹206.0 Crs, with a margin of 4.9%, compared to ₹113.9 Crs and 3.1% margin in H1 FY25. The strong profit growth was driven by volume growth and improved operational efficiencies.
Wires & Cables Segment Performance
The Wires & Cables segment showed substantial growth. Revenue from operations for H1 FY26 was ₹3,804.7 Crs, a 19.3% increase from H1 FY25. Q2 FY26 revenue was ₹1,971.2 Crs, up 22.3% from Q2 FY25. This growth was supported by a 16% increase in volume. The segment also saw enhanced contribution margins due to better operating leverage.
FMEG Segment Performance
The FMEG segment demonstrated steady performance despite seasonal headwinds. Revenue for H1 FY26 was ₹417.7 Crs. Q2 FY26 revenue was ₹192.6 Crs. The segment loss remained steady, reflecting improved contribution margins and operational efficiencies.
Operational Highlights
The company maintained strong working capital management, with 56 days outstanding. The revenue mix for H1 FY26 was 72% domestic and 28% exports. The business segment mix was 90% Wires & Cables and 10% FMEG.
