Appointment Details
Mr. Arikan’s appointment includes his role as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He will hold office until the next General Meeting and is eligible for reappointment as a Director, subject to shareholder approval.
Resignation of Mark James Reid
Mark James Reid has resigned from his positions as Chairman and Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director) of Route Mobile, effective at the close of business hours on January 22, 2026. His resignation is attributed to his preoccupation and other personal commitments.
Committee Changes
Consequent to Mr. Reid’s resignation, he will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee of the Company. The Board has acknowledged and expressed its appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure.
