RITES Limited has announced a transition in its senior leadership for the East Coast Region Project Office (ECRPO) in Bhubaneswar. Shri Subhra Jyoti Mandal will assume the role of Regional Head, effective May 1, 2026. He succeeds Shri Anil Prakash, who will repatriate from his position on the same date.

As part of a strategic organizational change, RITES Limited has confirmed that Shri Subhra Jyoti Mandal will take over as the Regional Head for the East Coast Region Project Office (ECRPO) in Bhubaneswar, effective May 1, 2026. Shri Mandal currently holds the position of GGM/Civil and has been serving as the Additional Regional Head until April 30, 2026.
Transition Details
The transition marks the conclusion of Shri Anil Prakash’s tenure as the Regional Head of ECRPO. Shri Prakash will step down from his responsibilities and depart from the Senior Management team of the company on May 1, 2026, following a repatriation process.
Profile of Shri Subhra Jyoti Mandal
Shri Subhra Jyoti Mandal is a highly experienced Civil Engineering professional with over 25 years of extensive expertise in the railway sector. His background includes significant contributions to project management, contract administration, and infrastructure development.
Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles, including ADRM (Infra) and Dy. Chief Engineer. He has been instrumental in executing complex national projects, including the Dimapur–Kohima, Jiribam–Imphal, and Sevok–Rangpo new line projects. His professional focus remains on delivering high-quality infrastructure with a strict adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
