Board Resignation
Ticiana Kobel has officially tendered her resignation from her position as a Non-executive Director on the Board of Directors at RHI Magnesita India Limited. The effective date of her resignation is November 17, 2025.
Reason for Departure
The resignation stems from an unavoidable conflict of interest, related to her new appointment to the Supervisory Board of RHI Magnesita GmbH. This new responsibility prevents her from continuing her duties effectively within the RHI Magnesita India Limited board.
Committee Changes
As a consequence of her resignation, Ms. Kobel will no longer be a member of the following committees:
