The company has new growth engines including ~4.000 MW Renewable projects, ~770 MW Hydro projects and ~6,500 MW BESS projects. As of September 30, 2025, the Reliance Power structure includes Thermal & Solar (Legacy Core) and Reliance NU Energies (New Growth Engine).

Financial Performance & Strategy

Reliance Power is transitioning into a stronger, de-risked financial profile. Revenue and EBITDA increased by 1.5% and 8.4%, respectively, in H1 FY 26 vs H1 FY 25. The company is targeting zero net debt at the standalone level. There is a 34% reduction in debt at the consolidated level since FY22. The company looking at focused growth investments in 4 GW Solar + 6.5 GWh BESS locked pipeline.

New Growth Engines: Reliance NU Energies

Reliance Nu Energies is powering India’s next clean IPP platform, with a focus on solar and stationary BESS. India’s vision is to have 500 GW RE by 2030 and the aim is to install 280 GW solar. The company also has Secured revenues via long-term PPAs, incentives, and VGF-backed BESS and Access ESG capital access. The company has a strong portfolio of locked, loaded and scaling projects. Won Asia’s largest tender from SECI & PPA signed for 930 MW Solar + 1860 MWh BESS.
