Refunds for Stock Market Courses
- Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing any of our stock market courses.
- To request a refund, please contact us in writing at support@investywise.com with:
- Your full name
- The course name
- Date of purchase
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your written request, provided it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Note: Refunds will not be granted if:
- You have accessed or downloaded any course materials.
- You have registered for a live course or webinar that has already taken place.
Refunds for AI-Powered Business News Alerts Subscriptions
- Subscription fees for our AI-powered business news alerts are non-refundable once the subscription period begins.
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, and the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
Cancellations by InvestyWise
We reserve the right to cancel any course, webinar, or subscription service at our discretion. In such cases, customers will be entitled to a full refund for the unused portion of the service.
