Project Overview
The newly incorporated subsidiary is set to focus on the Establishment of 765/400/220kV AIS Balsane (Dist. Dhule). REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has been appointed to act as Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) for the selection of Bidder for the Establishment of said AIS.

Balsane Power Transmission Limited has an authorized capital of ₹5,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹5,00,000. As a newly incorporated company, it has not yet commenced its business operations or generated any turnover.
Strategic Alignment
The incorporation of Balsane Power Transmission Limited allows REC Limited to expand its presence in power transmission projects. Once a successful bidder is chosen in accordance with TBCB guidelines, Balsane Power Transmission Limited will be transferred to the winning bidder along with all assets and liabilities.
