Pathak has over 36 years of experience, including roles at RITES, IRCON, and KEC. Her experience includes foreign projects with IRCON and DMRC, and work for the South Asia Division at KEC. Her responsibilities include policy framing, marketing finance, capital investment decisions, and handling domestic and international business opportunities within IT/ICT, Railway Infra, Smart Cities, Data Centre & Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
