The project encompasses the supply, installation, and commissioning of IP-based Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) within LHB Coaches. The VSS will include 4 Cameras per coach, conforming to RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/106/2025, Version 3.1. In addition, the system will integrate a Rugged Hand Held Terminal (HHT)/Tablet, coupled with an 8 TB external SSD for data storage.
Financial and Operational Impact
The total value of the order amounts to ₹87,55,64,424 (Rupees Eighty-Seven Crore Fifty-Five Lakh Sixty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Four Only), excluding GST. The project is expected to be completed within 10 Months from the date of Purchase Order, signifying a swift operational turnaround.
