Prestige Estates Projects Limited Signs Landmark Agreement to Adopt Bellandur Metro Station

Prestige Group has signed a landmark Definitive Agreement with Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) to adopt and co-brand the Bellandur Metro Station as the “Prestige Bellandur Metro Station”. Prestige Beta Projects Private Limited will invest Rs. 115 Cr (excluding GST) over a 30-year concession period for station upgradation and enhancement. The deal grants Prestige exclusive naming rights, commercial space, and connectivity provisions, reinforcing its commitment to integrated urban infrastructure.

Prestige Group Secures Bellandur Metro Co-Branding Rights

On February 21, 2026, Prestige Group announced the signing of a major Definitive Agreement with the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL). The purpose of this agreement is to adopt and co-brand the existing Bellandur Metro Station as the “Prestige Bellandur Metro Station”.

Investment and Concession Details

The investment will be made by Prestige Beta Projects Private Limited. The total commitment is Rs. 115 Cr (excluding GST). This investment is allocated towards significant station upgradation, enhancement, and infrastructure support. The partnership framework is established over a 30-year concession period.

Rights Granted to Prestige

The long-term partnership grants Prestige several valuable entitlements:

  • Exclusive station naming rights for 30 years.
  • 3,000 sq. ft. of dedicated commercial space within the station premises.
  • 1,000 sq. ft. of advertising entitlement.
  • Provision for a future elevated connectivity bridge directly to Prestige Lakeshore Drive.

Enhancement Commitments

Prestige is committed to transforming the station to align with global metro standards and IGBC green building benchmarks. This involves undertaking interior upgrades, finishing works, and general station enhancements. The strategic location of Bellandur Station, situated on the 17 km ORR Metro Corridor between Silk Board to KR Puram, places it at the center of India’s largest office micro-market.
