Inter-State Transmission System

The total capacity facilitated by this transmission system is 8.1GW. This initiative is part of Phase II – Part E of a larger scheme aimed at improving the reliability and efficiency of power transmission across state lines. The Notification for Commercial Operation (DOCO) was received on January 16th, 2026 confirming the project’s readiness.
