The board has declared a second interim dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share (face value of ₹10 each), amounting to 32.50% of the paid-up equity share capital for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for dividend payment is February 9, 2026, and payment will be made on February 27, 2026.
