The contracts pertain to critical erection, testing, and commissioning services for two major thermal power projects: Mirzapur Thermal Energy and Mahan Energen. Both contracts are domestic, classified as ‘Onsite services,’ and have a stipulated execution period of thirty-six (36) months from the Notice to Proceed.

Power Mech Projects Limited is pleased to announce the successful award of significant orders aggregating to over ₹1,000 Crores (excluding applicable taxes and cess). These contracts were awarded by two key subsidiaries of Adani Power Limited, as detailed in the official disclosure dated February 18, 2026.
Project Details and Scope of Work
The orders cover onsite services for Erection, Testing, Commissioning, and manpower assistance for Performance Guarantee Tests across two separate Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Projects:
1. Mirzapur Thermal Energy (UP) Private Limited
- Scope: Services for Steam Generator (SG) (Package A) and Steam Turbine Generator (STG) (Package B) for Unit 1 and 2 of the 2×800 MW Mirzapur Phase-I Project.
- Value: ₹515 Crores (Excluding GST).
- Execution Period: Within Thirty-six (36) months from the Erection start date notified via NTP.
2. Mahan Energen Limited
- Scope: Services for Steam Generator (SG) (Package A) and Steam Turbine Generator (STG) (Package B) for Unit 1 and 2 of the 2×800 MW Mahan Phase-III Project.
- Value: ₹490 Crores (Excluding GST).
- Execution Period: Within Thirty-six (36) months from the Erection start date notified via NTP.
Transaction Classification
Both contracts are classified as Domestic Entity awards. The company confirmed that neither order falls within the definition of related party transactions, ensuring adherence to standard governance practices. The total combined consideration for these two large-scale orders is approximately ₹1,005 Crores, surpassing the announced threshold of ₹1,000 Crores.
