The consolidated unaudited financial results reveal a profit after tax of ₹7,834.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The total income was ₹28,901.22 crore.
For the half year, the profit after tax stands at ₹16,815.84 crore and the total income at ₹57,530.14 crore.

Auditor Review

These financial results, both standalone and consolidated, have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. Limited reviews have been conducted by Joint Statutory Auditors, including Thakur, Vaidyanath Aiyar & Co. and Mehra Goel & Co.
