Finalizing Regulatory Compliance
In compliance with Clause 20.4 of Part III of the Scheme, both companies ensured the filing of the certified copy of the NCLT Order with the respective jurisdictional Registrar of Companies today, March 27, 2026.
Consequently, the Scheme of Amalgamation is confirmed to have become operative and effective from March 27, 2026, which is designated as the ‘Effective Date’.
